Dear Jody L Suess, CPIM, CIRM, CSCP:

Congratulations!  The Fox Valley Chapter has achieved the APICS Chapter Benchmarking and Reporting (C-BAR) Platinum award level.  Your submission demonstrates your chapter’s dedication to providing exemplary member services and professional development opportunities to APICS members and customers.

The volunteer created Chapter Benchmarking and Reporting (C-BAR) program was created to recognize chapters that go beyond the minimum required standards, to provide exemplary service to their members and customers.  The C-BAR workbook provides a user-friendly tool for chapters and districts to evaluate their member programs, innovations, and best practices.  The Channel Partner Agreement (CPA) also developed by volunteer leaders, and validated by the APICS Board of Directors ensures the growth, development, and value-added continuous improvements of APICS chapters by evaluating each chapter against a set of criteria that has a direct and positive impact on chapter performance.

Chapter Management Excellence is an integral component to enhancing the member experience. Successful APICS chapters provide their members with opportunities for stellar education, career development, and networking.
The APICS Chapter Benchmarking and Recognition (CBAR) program recognizes chapters that have exceeded minimum standards and exemplify excellence in overall chapter management. We are proud to announce the APICS Fox Valley Chapter received the 2013 CBAR Platinum Award designation, an admirable accomplishment for an APICS chapter.
As a member of an APICS Platinum Award Winning Chapter, the CBAR designation signifies your chapter’s commitment to providing an exceptional membership experience.

Good job and keep up the great work!

Sincerely,

2013 District Manager Committee
