Lean Enterprise Workshop Series

One of the newer course offerings by APICS chapters. This course will be offered periodically depending on demand.

Classes provide a forum for discussion and exchange of ideas with peers. Current modules are:

    • Fox Valley Technical College in partnership with the Fox Valley Chapter of APICS is pleased to offer the New APICS Lean Enterprise Workshop Series delivered to you in a classroom setting.

    Learn About: Conducting a lean assessment of your organizations’ current situation • Gaining practical experience analyzing how to incorporate lean into organizations • Obtaining broad knowledge of lean practices • Developing a project plan for implementing lean into your organization.

    The seven, 4-hour workshop series includes:

  • Value Stream Mapping
  • Stability & Process Improvement
  • Just-in-Time
  • Measuring
  • Sustaining
