2012 APICS Fox Valley Chapter Sustainable Company Award Application

To be considered for this award you must provide an essay describing how your company has/is pursuing sustainability initiatives (within the last year 2 years). Your essay will be reviewed by members of the APICS Fox Valley Chapter Board based on the criteria listed below. The award will be presented at Top Management 2012. Please limit your essay to 1000 words. The deadline is January 31, 2012. Please submit an electronic copy to Phil Kosik at kosik@fvtc.edu
